You have the right to obtain from the manager the cancellation (the right to be forgotten), the limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, and in general can exercise all the rights provided by the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

• 1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility of making a complaint to the Control Authority.
• 2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

  • b. of the purposes and methods of processing;
  • c. of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
  • d. of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
  • is. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them in quality of appointed representative in the territory of the State, of managers or appointees.
• 3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
  • to. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  • b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which it is not necessary conservation in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
  • c. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been made known, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  • d. data portability.
• 4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
  • to. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  • b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication.

Place of processing: The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
